一、性狀

1、外觀：白膠漿白色糊狀，透明漿淡黃色糊狀；

2、組成：環(huán)保特軟高彈樹脂、進(jìn)口助劑同鈦混合而成；

3、離子性：非離子性；

4、粘度：140000-150000CPS；

5、PH值：7-8。

二、特性

1、本產(chǎn)品具有手感柔軟，高彈力，高遮蓋，水洗牢度好，印刷性好，不塞網(wǎng)，不反粘，表面光滑，阻燃效果強(qiáng)，安全等特點(diǎn)。

三、適用范圍：適合于各類防火布料印花，棉布，T/C布，麻滌晴毛圈織物及其混紡拉架布等織物。

四、使用方法

1、本品一般使用100-120目絲網(wǎng)，根據(jù)不同圖案使用不同目數(shù)；

2、本產(chǎn)品使用后可自然干燥24時(shí)或經(jīng)過烘道（干燥機(jī)）130℃度過熱2-3分鐘；

3、印完后烘道完全烘干，即可馬上洗水。其洗水牢度同彈性可與同類膠漿比美。

五、注意事項(xiàng)

1、自然干燥時(shí)間與氣溫和空氣濕度有關(guān)；

2、儲(chǔ)存期：在室溫下密閉可存放一年以上，倉庫內(nèi)要陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)；

3、使用后內(nèi)袋應(yīng)該重新扎實(shí)，以防暴露在空氣中造成結(jié)皮；

4、調(diào)色可根據(jù)客戶需要顏色的深淺來調(diào)入色種的分量，顏色調(diào)入太多容易引起掉色現(xiàn)象，色種最好控制在5%之內(nèi)；

5、如印容易掉色的深色布，需要測(cè)試顏色是否會(huì)升華到膠漿表面上，以減少不必要的損失；

6、使用本產(chǎn)品印花，必要時(shí)要進(jìn)行白膠漿和透明漿相調(diào)及攪勻印刷，以免出現(xiàn)裂紋及手感軟弱度差的現(xiàn)象；

7、使用透明漿印花，要稍加白膠漿摻和進(jìn)行調(diào)色印花有利于在紡織品面料上印花著色度飽和，更好發(fā)揮透明漿的應(yīng)用效果。

8、本產(chǎn)品操作使用說明書僅提供參考意見，須生產(chǎn)者根據(jù)自身生產(chǎn)狀況進(jìn)行試樣測(cè)試，測(cè)試效果可以后方可進(jìn)入大量生產(chǎn)。

四、Usage

1、This products to be printed with 100-120 mesh screen usually,however,according to different pattern use different mesh;

2、After printing,drying by it self naturally for 24 hours or through drier at 130℃ for 2-3 minutes;

3、After printing and then drying completely,can be washed instantly.Its wash fastness and elasticity can compare with same series of pastes.

五、Notes

1、The time of drying depends on temperature and air humidity;

2、Shelf-life:sealed store at room temperature over than one year,the storehouse should be cool、dry and well-ventilated;

3、After using,the inner bag should be firmed again,avoid to cause crust which is exposed to air;

4、According to customers’needs for intensity of color to add amount of pigment,adding too much pigment will easy to cause phenomenon of discoloring,the amount of pigment best to control into 5%;

5、If print on the dark fabric which is easy to fade,should make a test about the color whether sublimate on the appearance of paste,in order to reduce losses;

6、Using this product to print,when necessary,mixing white base and clear base to stir well and print,avoid to appear the phenomenon of cracking and affect its hand feel;

7、Using clear base to print,should add little white base to adjust color,which is beneficial to saturation of dyes and [lay best applied effect of clear base;

8、This operation specification just for reference only,should make a test by customers themselves,if the results of test are ok then make mass production.
