一．適用：

適用于棉布，萊卡布，滌綸布，高彈絲毛衣料，羊毛料。

二．外觀及組成：

1、外觀：透明狀漿體，丙烯酸聚合物。

2、布氏粘度：120000-140000PS

3、P H值：6.5-7.5

4、固體含量：45±1

三．特性：

脫金干凈，燙金鏡面效果，手感柔軟，拉伸力一般，連續(xù)水洗牢度好。

四．操作應用：

（1)燙金漿與助劑，首先在燙金漿使用時先加入一定量的助劑（2%-3%），調(diào)制后的漿料必須馬上使用，不能放置過長時間（6小時內(nèi)），否則正常溫度下也會發(fā)生交聯(lián)而影響使用，這是在操作中要引起注意的事項。如果印制中燙金漿過稠科加入適量的水稀釋，有助良性操作。

（2）建議使用80目—100目網(wǎng)布。把漿料印到基布上，一般印2-3次，特別注意在第一次印制后漿需要干透，然后再印下一次，待干后起網(wǎng)板馬上將裁剪好的燙金紙敷在上面，用壓燙機130℃-160℃壓燙10-15秒。

五：注意事項：

由于印花面料的多樣化，和外界一些不確定的因素，做大貨以前先要做小樣實驗確定以后方可批量生產(chǎn)。未確定情況下使用或操作不當引起的質(zhì)量問題本公司概不負責。

1.Hotpressbaseandadditives,atfirstaddingacertainvolumeofadditives(2%-3%)beforetheusageofhotpressbaseandthebaseshouldbeusedintimeaftermodulated,itcouldnotbeplacedforalongtime(withinsixhours).Otherwise,itwillleadtocrosslinkingsothataffectitsusageunderthenormaltemperature,whichisthemattershouldbepaidattentiontointheoperation.Ifthebaseistoothickintheprinting,youcouldaddwatertodilute.Itisbenefittooperation.

2.Advisingtouse80-120meshscreen.Printingtheslurryontothebasefabric,printing2-3timesingeneral,inthisprocess,youshouldpayattentiontothatbeforeprintinginsecond,thebaseshouldbedrycompletely.Andthenputthepaperonit.Pressat130℃-160℃forabout10-15seconds.
