組成:進口PVC樹脂、進口非鄰苯類增塑劑、美國杜邦鈦白粉、含環(huán)保有機錫穩(wěn)定劑。
外觀:白色細密糊狀漿料。
固體含量:100%,170℃不揮發(fā)或極微量揮發(fā)特性。
適用范圍:可滲透性紡織纖維如棉、毛、萊卡布、牛仔布,人造革。
產(chǎn)品特點:干濕擦可達4-5級,耐海水及洗衣粉液浸泡不脫落不爆裂,甲醛不超標、不含八大重金屬、不含偶氮顏料、不含危險品和低揮發(fā)溶劑。
應用方法:1.可以直接用絲網(wǎng)方法印刷。常溫下一年不堵塞網(wǎng)版,以用350目精細網(wǎng)版印刷。
2.可以調入我們提供的色種(色種是高濃度色漿)來使用,以達到需求的顏色。也可以和其他顏色熱固油墨來調色。
3.如果油墨表面粘手,可以加入我們提供的表面防粘劑1%,立即改善。

Application methods:1.can be print directly by silk screen.it will not block the screen for one year at room temperature and using 350mesh screen to print.
2.It can also add pigments which we offer(the pigment is high concentrated)to use,in order to meet customer’s needs of color,it also can use other color of plastisol to adjust color.
3.If the surface of plastisol is sticky, you could add 1% of anti-sticky to improve the effect.
