1、印前:先將固化劑加入漿內(nèi)充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆�，印花色漿添加量換控制在8%以內(nèi)。 2、印后:印花成品自然干燥24小時(shí)后，或180℃壓燙20秒，或180℃烘2~3分鐘即可水洗。 3、加入固化劑的石磨膠漿必須在6~8小時(shí)內(nèi)用完。 |

注意事項(xiàng)：
由于牛仔面料多種多樣，在印花之前需要先行測試。在有涂層的布料上印花，需要測試布料涂層跟PU體系的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度.

Notes
Due to the variety of denim fabric, you would better make a test before printing, printing on the fabric with layer, should have a test about viscosity of fabric layer and PU system.
