三、產(chǎn)品特性
◇本系列產(chǎn)品印花吹干后會出現(xiàn)自然的龜裂紋肌理效果，漿體表面細(xì)膩、平滑、手感偏硬、耐水洗。屬環(huán)保型膠漿。
四、操作工藝參考
◇龜裂打底漿打底→印龜裂漿→吹干或自然干爆裂→起布→壓燙過熱→成品
◇做牛仔水洗龜裂打底漿添加2%-3%牛仔漿助劑，龜裂漿中添加0.5%-1.5%牛仔漿助劑（注意龜裂漿不能添加過多牛仔漿助劑，水洗牢度不嚴(yán)重的情況下盡量不要添加牛仔漿助劑，會影響龜裂的效果）。起布后用燙壓機壓燙。（120-160度壓燙10秒）
五、注意事項
◇裂紋的大小與多少和印出來的漿層厚薄有關(guān)，漿層越薄它的裂紋就越細(xì)，反之它的裂紋越粗。
◇特別強調(diào)，龜裂漿一定要用龜裂打底漿打底，否則易脫落且沒有彈力。
◇開蓋使用后注意密封保存，以免粉化或變質(zhì)，應(yīng)貯存在密封的溶器內(nèi)，避免冷凍及高溫，在陰涼干燥的環(huán)境中，貯存期12個月。

三．Product features

This product will appear natural crack effect after drying, has stain finish, the hand feel maybe a little hard,resistance to wash and belongs to environmental paste.

四．Operation reference

Crack base as render→print crack base→drying or natural drying→left fabric→heat pressure→finished product

Making denim washable crack base add 2%-3%denim auxiliaries, add 0.5%-1.5%denim auxiliaries into crack base（you should note that do not add too much denim auxiliaries into crack base,the ability of wash do not serious,you maybe do not need to add denim auxiliaries , or that will affect the result of cracking），after left the fabric you should use heat pressure to press.(at temperature of 120-160℃ for 10 seconds.)

五．Notes

The size and amount of cracking is related to the thickness of paste layer，the thinner of paste layer, the finer of cracking, otherwise the cracking is coarser.

Emphasized ：crack paste must use crack base as render, otherwise,it is easy to come off and without elasticity.

After using, the product should stored in airtight condition, in order to prevent pulverization or deterioration, It should be stored in an airtight container, avoid freezing or high temperature,the shelf life is 12 months in a shadowy environment.
