具有室溫穩(wěn)定，高溫（大于130度）交聯(lián)等特點(diǎn)，因此可作為堿性體系中丙烯酸乳液與聚氨酯乳液的內(nèi)添加交聯(lián)劑使用。外觀為白色乳液，通常制成優(yōu)良的水分散體（也即陰離子分散劑）作為粘合強(qiáng)度增進(jìn)劑、交聯(lián)劑、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)劑，添加在粘合劑、各種樹(shù)脂，高分子化合物等分散液或水溶液中使用，經(jīng)干燥、熱處理后可以有效地發(fā)揮其卓越性。粉末液可以直接添加到粉末涂料中單獨(dú)使用。

二、用途：
添加到印花漿中，可以有效提高印花的耐摩擦牢度與手感，而且無(wú)甲醛放出
添加到水性丙烯酸樹(shù)脂與水性聚氨酯乳液中使用，熱處理后可以顯著提高粘合強(qiáng)度
添加到任何帶有氨基、羧基、羥基的樹(shù)脂乳液中，晶干燥、熱處理后可以有效提高樹(shù)脂的強(qiáng)度與耐摩擦度
添加到棉及滌棉處理漿中一起使用，可以提高他們的耐久拒水拒油強(qiáng)度
添加到丁苯類乳膠水溶性粘合劑中使用，熱處理后能顯著提高粘合強(qiáng)度
三、使用方法：
室溫下比較穩(wěn)定只有在溫度高于130度時(shí)才會(huì)起到里交聯(lián)作用：這就賦予了具有：可以長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存并可以作為內(nèi)添加交聯(lián)劑使用等特點(diǎn)。通常情況為了操作方便配制成一種白色懸浮液使用，懸浮液添加量根據(jù)加工材料、要求的性能而異，通常比例為體系總量的1-3%，處理溫度必須高于130度，溫度越高處理時(shí)間越短。本固色劑白色懸浮液長(zhǎng)時(shí)間存放時(shí)會(huì)有輕微沉降，建議搖勻后再開(kāi)封使用。
四、安全毒性：
產(chǎn)品無(wú)味、使用時(shí)避免與酸性物質(zhì)接觸，避免高溫：分散液時(shí)一種無(wú)味的白色懸浮液，盡量避免口、鼻吸入。
五、包裝、存儲(chǔ)期：
包裝規(guī)格為15KG方鐵桶，包裝：避光、室溫（盡可能低溫）儲(chǔ)存12個(gè)月

一．Overview

It has features like stability at room temperature and high temperature(over 130℃） crosslinking ,so that it can be used as inner cross linker for acrylic emulsion and polyurethane emulsion. Appearance is white emulsion,it usually made as excellent aqueous dispersion(that is anionic dispersants)as adhesion promoter、crosslinker and reinforcing agent ,adding into adhesive,every resin and macromolecule compound dispersant or aqueous liquid.It can be affected very well after drying and heat treatment. The power fluid could add directly into powder.

二．Usage :

Adding into printing paste,could improve the ability of adhesion and resistance to friction.

Adding into nylon paste and denim graphite paste could apparently improve the paste’s ability of resistance to friction and adhesion,but it could not affect its strength and hand feel.

Adding into water-based acrylic resin and water-based polyurethane resin,could improve the viscosity after heat pressure.

Adding into cotton and polyester cotton dealing paste,could improve the ability of washing.

Adding into ibuprofen adhesive paste ,could improve viscosity after heat pressure.

三．Method of use

It is more stable when temperature is over than 130℃ that will has a good crosslinker effect:so that it has features like longtime storage and could as inner crosslinker. In order to operate easily to make a kind of white suspension,the amount of suspension according to processing material and required performance. The usual ratio is 1-3% of all, the temperature must over 130℃，the higher temperature,the shorter time. This fixing agent store long time will have slight sedimentation,advice to shake well and use .

四．Safety and toxicity

This product without odor、when use it should not get touch with acid material,avoid high temperature;dispersant liquid is a white suspension without odor, try not to breathe.

五．Package 、shelf life

Packing specification is 15KG iron drum, shelf life: avoid sun 、room temperature (it is better under low temperature) storage 12 months.
